Getting lost in the desert: two occasions of fun with the sun

When live in Southern California some times you have to venture into the desert for one reason or another. Documented here are two separate trips to the desert. The first is a day trip to Palm Sprints to go furniture shopping at the epic row of mid century furniture stores. The second is the events surrounding my wife and I partying in Las Vegas for a few days with some really good friends and some epic Rock 'N Roll at Matador's 21st birthday.
