During the winter holidays I try to make my way back up to Northern California, this past trip on the way back down the Grapevine was closed do to heavy snow and ice. My wife and I were forced to divert and take the 101 which is way longer, the weather was really bad so we stopped for the night in San Luis Obispo, a collage town with loads of bars. Long story short we drank ate and stayed the night, in the morning we stopped at Pismo Beach just of the cost to drink our coffees before heading down the road.
